Every player MUST ensure they submit online a PIAA physical registration through FamilyID. Ryan Zehren, the WC East Athletic Director has provided a detailed outline which includes the necessary steps to take. CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE DOCUMENT.  

Also, a reminder every student must pay the WCASD Activity Fee for participation in extra-curricular activities - details can be found on the website here: https://www.wcasd.net/families-students/fees-forms/activity-fee 

For the 2026 Season, Team dues will be $40.00 / per player. This must be paid before the first game. If any students is experiencing a hardship, please speak with Coach Scope. 

You can pay dues (separate from school activity fee) via credit card through the link below or checks made payable to: WC East Girls Flag Football Booster and given to Coach Scope. 

Our practices will take place at the Zimmerman Turf Stadium every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday from 2:30 PM until 3:30 PM except on game days. Those who are on the Varsity team will continue practice until 4:30 PM. Practices are mandatory as a committed member of the team.

Home games will take place at the Zimmerman Turf Stadium - which is the main field for East. All games will have an entry fee. All online tickets purchased will be scanned at the gate for admission. CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED TO PURCHASE TICKETS AT THE GATE.

East High School Athletics Online Ticketing System is through HomeTown Ticketing. Purchase Tickets for sporting events or visit the Apple Store or Google Playstore to download the HomeTown App. Learn more regarding ticket and spectator information. Senior citizens and Veterans may apply for a gold card to attend WCASD events for free.  

NOTE: Those family & friends who are unable to attend in-person to games, please ensure they watch our home games streamed live via the Hudl app (download in the app store). 

Fundraising is part of the commitment to being a player; however, there is not a mandatory dollar amount each student needs to obtain. We ask everyone to share information on this new sport in an effort to collect donations from family, friends and those in the community around the area. There are several sponsor levels, general donation efforts and several fun fundraising activities that will be planned throughout the season. CLICK HERE TO CONTRIBUTE NOW.

There are several ways we help build the team connections and friendships outside of practices and games. It's a great way for everyone to really get to know each other!

There are several modes of communication that will be used to ensure everyone has any and all information related to our team. 

• TeamSnap: Details and adjustments for games & practices and general alerts.
• Schoology: Messages from and to coaches as well as details to full school about games and/or fundraising happenings. 
• Coaches: Sending emails directly to coaches if a personal conversation in-person isn't available. Schedule time during the day if needed. 
• Booster: Any help students and parents may need contact our Booster team via email. Weekly emails will be sent to everyone by our booster to keep information as organized as possible and reminders easy to access.

All away games will have a bus provided to and from school. If you have a car to transport yourself, this must be cleared with the coaches ahead of the season.
